NexStep Home Healthcare, Personal Assistance and Companionship Services screens each and every team member.

Each Onsite Caregiver requires an up-to-date personnel file including the following information:

  • A criminal background history
  • A copy of a current driver’s license
  • A copy of current auto insurance
  • A copy of their social security card
  • References

This is at no additional cost to an individual.
